个人简介张新稳 博士,硕士生导师。
2004年进入西北大学光子学与光电技术研究所学习,2007年获得凝聚态物理专业理学硕士学位。
2007年进入西安交通大学电子与信息工程学院学习,2010年获得电子科学与技术专业工学博士学位。
2010年—至今任教于南京邮电大学信息材料与纳米技术研究院、材料科学与工程学院。
研究方向及主要成果
主要从事有机半导体光电子器件物理方面的研究:高效稳定的白光照明有机电致发光器件(OLED);溶液过程制备OLED器件及其稳定性;OLED器件中的电极界面修饰;有机太阳能电池(OPV)。
主要成果:
主 要从事有机电致发光器件(OLED)和有机太阳能电池(OPV)等光电子器件物理方面的研究工作,主持和参与科技部重大科学研究计划课题(973)、国家 自然科学基金、教育部重点项目、校科研启动基金等项目多项。近年来先后在Organic Electronics, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, Journal of Luminescence, Applied Surface Science, Displays, Journal of Applied Polymer Science等SCI收录刊物上发表学术论文10余篇,申请国家发明专利4项。
